I’ve been at Peoplepath since day 1. I started as a technical recruiter and soon became a Delivery Partner. Then I switched to our operational excellence department, where I helped build new processes and implement best practices to streamline our delivery.
For the last couple of months, I’ve been responsible for leading the implementation process, customizing our service models according to our client’s needs, and ensuring that we are fully embedded.
I supervise our team’s daily activities, ensuring that their work is completed during the deadlines of our implementation phase, ensuring a smooth client handoff to our leaders, and providing continued support to our team members.
I’m also responsible for the company’s tooling and KPIs.
My main goal here is to ensure our clients are fully implemented to achieve success.
