I have a mixed background since I have a bachelor's degree in Communications and worked in that field for several years on agencies and tv producers. I then moved into the HR world by doing a Masters's Degree in HR and worked in different technology companies such as ed-tech, e-commerce, and software development.
I started my journey at Peoplepath in August 2021 as an HR Operations Analyst before moving along in a few different roles until I landed in my current role which is Staffing Director. My focus is to monitor all of our staffing needs and operations of the company, and map our talent skill set backgrounds and experience, to better allocate the resources to our client's needs. I also lead several HR projects ad-hoc based on our company's needs.
I love extreme sports like kiteboarding and skiing, so I have a sport in each season. I'm always thinking and planning my next trip.
