People Operations Specialist
During the first 5 years of my career, I worked in the accounting department of an oil & gas company. I gradually switched to the HR field, starting as a payroll analyst. I then moved to the consulting industry joining the Total Rewards team, and later on to the HR Partner role. In April 2022 I joined peoplepath as the People Ops Specialist.
I'm responsible for processing new hires' onboarding and orientation; developing and maintaining talent partner records; supporting leadership in preparing decks and scheduling company-wide meetings; preparing and executing people initiatives and surveys; contacting candidates, coordinating interviews and other miscellaneous tasks.
